Cutis Marmorata Telangiectatica Congenita

Cutis Marmorata Telangiectatica Congenita (CMTC) is a rare complex vascular malformation associated with a reticulated vascular pattern associated with dermal atrophy. Most commonly, this vascular anomaly is seen in a segmental pattern, although localized or diffuse areas of skin can be involved. The lesions of CMTC improve with time, although most patients have residual reticulated erythema and mild skin atrophy. Infants with widespread CMTC can have associated cardiac, boney, endocrine, ocular and central nervous system anomalies.
